I battle with allergies and sensitive skin, finding the right skincare products has been a bit of a journey. My quest for a gentle yet effective soap led me to the Turkish Hammam Soaps. I first encountered Sasha and Brand Zero soaps at the Spiritual Holistic Fair at Blackfriars Priory in October 2024, where I picked up the Goat Milk & Honey soap. I was impressed by its mildness and effectiveness.
Encouraged by my positive experience, I ordered another one online and thought I’d also try a different one – the St John's Wort soap. I wanted to try the St John’s Wort because I was advised to try it as a supplement a few years ago, however I couldn’t because it contradicted with some medication I was using at the time. I also found this soap appealing because of its properties: help regulate hormones and ease stress, reduce inflammation, and soothes sensitive skin while being naturally healing. It smells wonderful!!
Both soaps, Goat Milk & Honey and St John's Wort, have not only met but exceeded my expectations.
